• A complete guide to driving in Iceland. Understand road signs, parking regulations, safety tips, and more. The driving in Iceland guide is free to read and contains everything you need to know for a safe trip.
  
  
• Europcar Mobile WiFi. With this add-on, you can stay connected wherever you travel in Iceland. Our WiFi offers a generous 10GB allowance and can accommodate up to 10 devices simultaneously.
  
  
• GPS satellite navigation. Rent a GPS system and navigate across Iceland in ease with some of the most detailed maps available.

With Höldur, you have various insurance options, including vehicle and driver protection.

Our Basic Protection package includes Collision Damage Waiver, Personal Accident Insurance, and Theft Protection. The excess is 250000 ISK for standard cars and 450000 ISK for larger vehicles including 4x4 SUVs and prestige cars.

You can upgrade to our Medium Protection to access Super Collision Damage Waiver as well as Windshield and Glass with Zero Excess protection. The Medium package also reduces your excess to 60000 ISK for standard cars or 110000 ISK for larger vehicles.

The Premium Protection covers gravel damage and sand and ash damage. As part of our premium package you can also benefit from zero-excess protection.
